This starts with a three-question advance survey that takes your people under two minutes. I analyze the data to identify their biggest issue. Then I apply the PersuasionGPSTM model—Goals, People, and Showcase—to identify the strategies to use in your custom program.
Your people work together to apply these in our session:
1. Agreeing upon the difficult situation and defining it
2. Creating avatars of the others involved to understand them
3. Collaborating on how to apply each GPS technique—while learning from each other
They leave with a roadmap—plus an “accountability buddy” to get support—as they take this into the real world.
